Weekly report 4-13-15

Well another week in the books!
This week has been pretty interesting to say the least, in a good way!
The mission is now starting up the whole tracting thing going back to the traditional missionary work. I wasn't super stoked about that at first but I know that there are people behind those doors that have been prepared I just have to find them!! We have been having some fun with it as well.
To the people that are willing to listen to the message obviously we will teach them and have a spiritually uplifting time with them. To those who don't really care about us we have been trying to have fun by fitting in a word into the conversation that the other companion makes up. We just started it up and it helps tracting be more entertaining. One word I was given was Salmon (like the fish). One lady came to the door and right away said she wasn't interested so we tried talking with her to share the restoration but she didn't care for us and didn't want to listen. I asked Do you go fishing? She said no... I said man, I'm having a hard time trying to find somewhere to catch some Salmon! lol its making some doors hard not to bust out in laughter.
On a spiritual note... we have set another goal for Jason to get baptized on the 25th, he has sundays off but for some reason isn't able to make it. Keep him in your prayers that he will be able to attend church and have a good time.
We had a ward service project here in the Citrus Ridge ward. We went to the Sunshine Foundation that is like the make a wish foundation. It was a great blessing to be able to serve such a great foundation. They help fulfill terminally ill kids dreams before they die.
We have been working with Cesar still as well and he is still progressing very well. He is now almost through Alma in the Book of Mormon and is loving it still. Because of his work schedule we will have to move his baptism to the 25th of this month but he is looking forward to it. He is wanting to come out with us and see the other side of missionary work and be able to sit in on the lessons.
We had a great lesson with him this week. We set up to have a dinner at Bro Callahans house here and we brought him over and had a delicious dinner and then a great message. We shared an article in the Ensign that is called 'It isn't a sin to be weak". If you haven't read it you should.
God gives everyone a weakness but not because he hates us but its exactly the opposite he loves us and wants us to grow. He wants us to seek his help and guidance with the weaknesses we have. And with his help he can make weak things become strong. Ether 12:27.
That is my testimony, I have been able to see some weaknesses our here that I have but I have been working on them to make them into strengths.
Thanks for all the love and support!! The Book is Blue and the Church is True!
