We haven't been able to see the Dietz at all because last week they had lice and then this week they got sick from the medication. I really hope its not an excuse not to meet with us but it seems like that right now. Keep them in your prayers and hopefully we can meet with them this week!
I had an Idea to try and do something new and fun. In our area there is a couple football fields where little kids and their families go to play soccer on saturdays. I thought it would be fun to do a free lemonade stand. We decided to try it on Saturday. We got 2 big coolers and made lots of Lemonade. We made 2 posters one with "Free Lemonade" another with "Visit Mormon.org". When people come up we would give them a pass along card and talk to them about what we do. It wasn't a huge success but we did talk to a couple people and it was worth a try! We didn't get a picture though so we will have to do it again this weekend!
Cool story! We were biking going to an appointment we had and we saw a guy in his driveway painting. We passed the house and I had a prompting, not a voice but a feeling that we should go and talk to him. We decided to act on the prompting and talk to him. He seemed awesome and we set up a return appointment. The next day we come by and teach him the restoration. We extended a baptism date for the 20th of next month and he accepted it. His name is Ben so keep him in your prayers if you can! The Lord trusts us as his servants to act on the promptings that we receive. That was the first time in my life that I have literally felt a prompting by the Holy Ghost. I know that this work is real. It is not our work, it is the Lords.
